Dr.Sheilu Sreenivasan
It is my pleasure to welcome the Visitor who has clicked to
reach this Page! I want to share with you our supreme joy that
we have been enabled to set up this portal (thanks to ICICIPru)
as a job delivery service, mobilising the potential of a talent
that remains untapped in India.
While the world over, retired talent has been redirected to
even uncharted channels, in India the recognition of the retired
segment is weak. In the wake of globalisation and shortage of
manpower in the country, it is my ardent hope that India wakes
up to this hidden potential. At Dignity
Foundation, over the
past 13 years, in an unidirectional focus on the welfare activities
for and on behalf of senior citizens, we have addressed ourselves
to providing an array of oppportunities for "productive
ageing".
Adopting a second career falls on this charted course. As value
