In October 2007, ICICI Prudential Life and Dignity Foundation came together to promote the cause of productive ageing amongst senior citizens in India. One of the key focus areas of this partnership is to provide second career opportunities to those who seek to utilize their expertise in a meaningful manner even after retirement.

We developed this platform to bring together companies who are keen to benefit from the rich experiences of the retired citizens, and seniors who are enthusiastic to pursue a second career. We are confident that through this website and our other initiatives, we will be able to popularize the concept of re-employment of senior citizens in our country.
