A lot of spade work is done by Dignity Foundation , a leading NGO in the field of Ageing in India, with prospective employers who are now willing to give employ the 50+. Therefore your chances of landing on a suitable job is good. Dignity Foundation will make its own effort to search for job options for you.
Registering with DignitySecondCareers.org enables you to:
1. Access a variety of Job options and apply for the same.
2. Store and access your Resume online
Click on the 'Employee Registration' button you will find on every page. The link takes you to a Form filling page. The information that you provide spans across the details that the recruiters are looking for. Once that is done your profile is registered with us. This is your default profile which is sent across to the recruiters when you apply for a particular job vacancy. It is to your benefit if you give us as much info as you can in that Form.
Once we have approved and passed your account, when you log IN, you are taken to the page that shows the summary of your active Profile. To edit the same, click on the 'Preview and Update Profile' link given on the same page. This lets you make the necessary changes in your Profile. It is recommended that you update your Profile regularly. This will ensure that you have greater chances of being found by the employer.

OPTION:
Though not mandatory, you are invited to exercise the option of becoming a permanent Life Member of Dignity Foundation wherein you will reap many benefits through specially instituted services for senior citizens . You will also receive the ID Card from the Foundation. You will receive the magazine and newspaper for one year free of cost.
Rs. 1,000/- [One Thousand] is chargable for Life Membership.
Your registration is valid forever -- life long. Even after you have got the job, you will continue to be our esteemed Member of Dignity Foundation and enjoy its services.
Log into your account. Look for 'Change Password' link given on the right column. You would need to enter your old password and specify and confirm the new one. Once you have specified and confirmed the new password, a confirmation mail will be sent directly to your inbox.
Once you have logged in to your account, you are taken to the page that shows a brief summary of your account. To update your email id, click on 'Edit' given in front of your email id details under your Active Profile. Once you have specified a new one, click on 'Save'. This will ensure that your profile now reflects the new email id that you have specified. Similarly, to update your Phone Number, click on 'Edit' given in front of the phone number you had earlier specified. After entering a new one, click on 'save'. This will ensure that your profile now reflects the new number entered.
Once you have posted your Resume, all the recruiters who are registered with DignitySecondCareers.org can access it, including the Managers of Dignity Foundation's Second Career Services.
To search for a job, use the given search window. Specify the keywords, preferred locations and your total experience criteria to access job search results which are closest to what you are looking for. In case, you get results running into hundreds, you can narrow down your search by specifying all available criteria. In case of 'No Results Found', it is recommended that you may broaden your search by entering only a limited number of criteria.
